By registering as a reseller on Mandistan, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
Resellers are responsible for promoting products accurately, handling customer communication professionally, and complying with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
Commission rates are set per product by the platform administrator. Earnings are tracked as ledger entries and paid out manually by the admin team. Mandistan reserves the right to adjust commission structures with prior notice.
Resellers may not misrepresent products, set their own prices, collect payments directly from customers, or engage in any activity that damages the reputation of Mandistan.
Mandistan reserves the right to suspend or terminate reseller accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
